Large TV projection screens will be set up in the copyright transaction area on which the programme trailers, transaction intention, arrangement of activities, announcement and so on are in scroll display.

Copyright transaction area is divided into two sections—auction and transaction.

Auction section is where product and programme copyright (including issue right) will be auctioned. 2005 CIEAVI copyright auction is to be undertaken solely by Guangdong Gongzheng Auction Limited Company., which succeeded in finishing the auction of the issue right of films. Auction company is only to charge the sellers and the buyers who succeed in making a deal 10% of the transaction as the handling fees.

Place is to be provided by the transaction area for the enterprises or individuals to display their works and carry out the business. The exposition is to offer a booth equipped with a table and two chairs to every applicant. Every booth only charges 1,000 RMB. Applicant can also have their trailers and information broadcast for free on the large screen. What's more, information provided by the applicant is to be carried as the visitor details in the 2005 CIEAVI Directory.

Furthermore, both open sections and rooms are designed for business talk in the copyright transaction area, equipped with televisions, players, sample films and sample tapes.
