In order to activate the transaction at the CIEAVI and ensure the professional visitors their needed programmes and products, CIEAVI will establish a “Participant Club” in the exposition hall, where the professional buyers are allowed to exchange information and have a business talk with their clients. Tables and chairs are provided in the club, with tea and water served.

Meanwhile, in order to make the sellers contact the target buyers as many as possible and become business partners, the exposition will provide mailbox rental for the participants. The mailboxes will be placed in the club. Any professional visitor pays 100 RMB while registering will get a mailbox. At the same time, the information provided by the participant will be carried as the visitor details of Directory of 2005 CIEAVI (including: name of the company, brief introduction, contact person, telephone number and so on).
